  • Resident Assistant must be full-time students registered for at least 12 credits.

  • Provide a positive living and learning environment while creating a safe, 安全, 和包容的家外之家的居民.
  • 居民助理 (RAs) must reside in the residence halls.
  • RMs are responsible for fulfilling the expectations given to them through their supervisor, 工作描述, 以及居住生活手册.
  • RMs are supervised by 居住生活 Coordinators and 居住生活 Leadership but are expected to cooperate with college officials on an as-needed basis.
  • RMs must cooperate with the other RMs and be available for back-up support in emergency situations.

  • RMs will participate in the on-duty schedule for the duration of their contract.
